So I’m writing again (I don’t like the term “blogging” don’t know why) Added a new category to the site “Fitness” pretty self-explanatory! Basically all about health and fitness and losing weight. I’ll share everything I’ve learned. All my tips and tricks.
I am by no means an expert! I’m not ripped you might even think I’m fat. Let me make that clear!
However, I have been going to various gym’s for over 10 years and have lost (and put on) in excess of 60KG in the past say 5 years. That is why I believe I can offer you guys some great insight, especially for the average joe. I have a few ideas up my sleeve for some great articles (10 rules for any gym, Table for one, Fad/Fake diets, Low cals or meal replacement: the truth and what I’ve learnt) Just to name a few.
But to kick things off. I stumbled across this gem on lifehacker and I’ll share for you all here. It’s basically a big chart of exercises you can do anywhere and when you click on the exercise it will take you to a Youtube video of how to actually do it!
